The Atelíer Studios and Workshops

The Atelíer is a group of real-life artisans working in their studios located within the historic grounds of Burton Manor.

Funded by the University of Chester and the Northwest Development Agency’s Rural Recovery Fund, this £1million project has created 12 artisan studio workshops, a coffee shop, visitor centre and gallery.

See the artisans page to meet our current resident artisans - all of whom offer their own hand-nade products direct and can work to commission. Some offer hands-on workshops to small groups.
